Shanghai's sixth land auction of the year started today (24th), according to Chinese media.

The eight lots are located in Pudong New District, Xuhui District, Jing'an District, Hongkou District, Minhang District, Fengxian District, Putuo District and Qingpu District in Shanghai, with a total site area of 350 mu, a GFA of 523,000 square meters and a total starting price of RMB23.671 billion.

China Overseas used RMB11.888 billion for two sites, including a site in Jing'an District at a total price of RMB5.363 billion, with a floor price of RMB90,390 per square meter, representing a premium of 10.1%; and a site in Putuo District at a total price of RMB6.525 billion, with a floor price of RMB58,823 per square meter, representing a premium of 14.2%, the report added.
