The Ministry of Technology of China released the "Ethical Guidelines for the Research and Development of Driving Automation Technology," aimed at preventing ethical risks in the technology research & development and product application processes, and promoting healthy development in this field.

The guidelines also clarify the ethical standards required for different levels of vehicle driving automation, guiding the standardized development and application of driving automation technology research.
