LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.100 (+0.229%)    Short selling $79.71M; Ratio 21.777%   CEO and Executive Director George Hongchoy will retire to conclude his 16-year tenure at the end of June 2026, according to Morgan Stanley's research report.

In the broker's opinion, Hongchoy's leadership has successfully transformed LINK REIT from an obscure community mall operator into an internationally renowned and globally valuable real estate investment trust.
