According to industry sources, Macau's GGR for the first 20 days of July 2025 is expected to reach approx. MOP13.565 billion, implying an average daily GGR of about MOP657 million from 14-20 July, a slowdown of around 3% compared to the previous week (about MOP679 million per day), but still about 10% higher than the average level in July 2024 (about MOP600 million per day), Citi Research issued a research report saying.

Citi Research maintained its GGR forecast for July 2025 at MOP21 billion (approx. 86% of the July 2019 level, with a YoY growth of 13%). It is expected that concerts by Aaron Kwok (at Studio City), Sandy Lam (at Venetian Arena) and Wang Feng (at MGM) will support the average daily GGR for the remainder of the month to remain at approx. MOP668 million.
