LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.100 (+0.229%)    Short selling $79.71M; Ratio 21.777%   announced on 22 July that its CEO and Executive Director, George Hongchoy, will retire by the end of June 2026, Citi Research issued a research report saying. The Board will initiate a comprehensive succession process, and Hongchoy will ensure a smooth transition.

The broker believed that LINK REIT's systematic operations and team decision-making mechanisms can ensure continuity in strategy and operations. The enhanced Board structure, governance level and updated executive remuneration and KPI assessment system will also help maintain execution.
