He said that the resignation decision is based on family and personal reasons, considering he has reached the retirement age and the Company is moving towards the new phase of 'Link Reit 3.0', making it a natural and appropriate time for transition.

During his speech and response to media inquiries, Hongchoy was moved to tears several times, and expressed his reluctance to part with team members he has worked with over the past 15 years as CEO, witnessing the Group's asset scale grow from $33 billion at the early stage of listing to $220 billion now.
