The opening ceremony of Shanghai Midea's Global Innovation Park was held in the core area of the West Hongqiao Business District in Qingpu District, Shanghai, marking the official launch of the park.

The park has a total investment of over RMB7 billion, and a GFA of 400,000 square meters. The first batch of nearly 2,000 R&D personnel have already settled in the park, which covers cutting-edge technological fields and industrial sectors such as AI, new energy, new materials, robotics and healthcare.
