There are rumors that NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK)  +0.050 (+0.907%)    Short selling $5.90M; Ratio 12.472%   is seeking to sell 11 SKIES located near Hong Kong International Airport at a loss. The property is valued at $15-17 billion, while the investment amount was $20 billion.

The Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) said that it is confident in the development of 'Airport City', and has maintained close communication with NEW WORLD DEV regarding the 11 SKIES project, aiming to open the 11 SKIES facilities in phases starting mid-2026.
