FOURTH PARADIGM (06682.HK)  +0.800 (+1.439%)    Short selling $63.31M; Ratio 13.274%   announced the signing of a subscription agreement with Infini Capital Management's Infini Global Master Fund, for the placement and issuance of 25.9 million new shares, representing approximately 8.07% of its enlarged issued H shares and approximately 4.98% of its total share capital.

The subscription price is $50.5 per share, an about 8.93% discount to yesterday's (16th) closing price of $55.45, raising a total of approximately $1.308 billion, with net proceeds of approximately $1.306 billion.

FOURTH PARADIGM planned to use approximately 50% of the proceeds for research and development in emerging fields such as embodied intelligence, smart devices, blockchain, real world assets (RWA) and stablecoin, and approximately 40% for global business expansion and potential acquisitions in the aforementioned emerging fields, and the remaining 10% for general corporate purpose.
