Changsha has issued a Notice on Further Optimizing Real Estate Development Measures to encourage home "trade-ins".

For families or individuals in Changsha who sell their own homes and then purchase newly built commercial housing in the city and complete the online contract filing within one year, a purchase subsidy of 1% of the total new home transaction price will be provided, though the amount will not exceed RMB30,000 per unit.
