As of yesterday (14th), there were 75,173 active second-hand homes for sale in Shenzhen, an increase of 4 units compared to last week, according to the latest data released by the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association.

By region, Longgang District accounted for 25.9% of the total with 19,466 units, way outpacing other regions like Dapeng New District that accounted for only 0.2% with 157 units, reflecting sharp differences in second-hand homes for sale across various areas of Shenzhen.

Related NewsPPI YoY for Jun in China is -3.6%, lower than the previous value of -3.3%. The forecast was -3.2%.
The data also showed that 1,321 second-hand homes (including self-service) were charted in Shenzhen last week, down 8% MoM.
