According to the National Business Daily, a staff member from Shanghai New World Huai Hai Property Development Co., Ltd. clarified that the office portion of Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower (K11) is only for lease and not for sale, and that recent rumors about the sale of the office portion are false information fabricated by intermediary agencies. The company has already received many inquiries, but has not made an official announcement yet.

In addition, a person from the leasing department of Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower confirmed while responding to media inquiries that there is no situation involving the sale of the office portion.
