US President Donald Trump said that trade negotiations with China and the EU are progressing well, and that he would notify the EU of reciprocal tariff rates in about two days, indicating that the EU has become more cooperative with the US, according to Reuters.

The EU was very unfavorable to the US in the past, but is now very friendly, Trump added.
