Morgan Stanley has issued a research report indicating that LINK REIT (00823.HK)  -0.350 (-0.824%)    Short selling $3.95M; Ratio 3.209%   will benefit a lot from the Stock Connect inclusion of REITs as it is the most liquid and well-known local REIT with a yield of 6.2%, higher than the average of 5% for C-REITs.

The broker believes that LINK REIT is attractive to mainland investors. Besides, the Stock Connect inclusion of REITs is likely to be implemented within this year, serving as a positive catalyst for LINK REIT.
