The Consumer Price Index (CPI) of China hiked by 0.1% YoY in June, beating market consensus of a 0.1% decline, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). Of which, urban areas saw a rise of 0.1%, while rural areas experienced a decline of 0.2%.
