Tencent Games has issued an internal notice to overhaul the organizational structure of certain departments, Chinese media reported. The K9 cooperation department has been established to handle strategic collaboration with Ubisoft, while the original Ubisoft cooperation department, the Activision cooperation department, and the EA cooperation department will be dissolved.

According to the report, K9 will focus on the distribution agency and IP cooperation business, gradually promoting the transformation of Ubisoft's core IP into evergreen brands.
