HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK)  -0.200 (-0.753%)    Short selling $26.37M; Ratio 28.846%   announced that it proposes through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Happy Ever Holdings Limited to issue HKD-denominated guaranteed convertible bonds.

The bonds will only be offered to professional investors and won't be offered or sold to the public. Also, they won't be placed to any connected person of HENDERSON LAND. They will only be offered and sold in an offering outside the US in reliance on Regulation S of the US Securities Act.
