The EU is close to reaching a final trade agreement with the US government, Reuters quoted sources as saying. The US is expected to make limited concessions on the 10% reciprocal baseline tariffs on EU aircraft, aircraft parts, certain medical equipment and spirits.

It is reported that the EU is also exploring an arrangement that would allow EU car manufacturers producing and exporting cars in the US to import more EU vehicles at a tariff rate lower than the current 25%. This would benefit German carmakers with large US plants.
