Xu Jiye, the former head of public relations at Jiyue, once posted on Moments saying that it is highly probable that Jiyue will not go bankrupt, according to Chinese media.

The Board of Jidu has agreed to the reorganization, while Jidu is currently in the process of communicating with 3 to 4 reorganization parties.

Jiyue, jointly created by BIDU-SW (09888.HK)  -0.500 (-0.562%)    Short selling $137.07M; Ratio 18.639%   and Geely Holding Group, was said to be on the verge of bankruptcy last year as its shareholders would no longer invest in the company, with several divisions disbanded immediately and some of its stores closed temporarily.
