China's National Development and Reform Commission, along with three other departments, issued a notice proposing the timely formulation of a special plan for high-power charging facilities based on demand.

They will prioritize the construction plans for highway service areas in collaboration with transportation authorities, initially implementing high-power upgrades for charging facilities with utilization rates exceeding 40% during major holidays.
