U.S. President Donald Trump said that he will send letters to various countries starting today (4th) to specify the tariff rates that goods from relevant countries will face when entering the U.S..

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, in an interview with Bloomberg Television, stated that approximately 100 countries are expected to face a 10% reciprocal tariff.

He anticipated a series of trade agreements will be announced before the reciprocal tariff grace period expires next Wednesday (9th).
