Taobao and Tmall Group (TTG) announced the official launch of the merchant version self-service hall, aiming to build a fully automated after-sales solution experience with merchants and ecosystem partners, enhancing consumer after-sales problem-solving experience and processing efficiency.

For merchants, the self-service hall provides three core capabilities, including built-in platform official tool capabilities, instant use of price protection, deposit refund, and prize inquiry; support for merchants to quickly set up after-sales work order registration capabilities; support for merchants to integrate self-developed or purchased service tools.
