BOSS ZHIPIN-W (02076.HK)  +0.500 (+0.721%)    Short selling $7.01K; Ratio 0.776%   (BZ.US)      issued an additional 30 million new Class A ordinary shares, consisting of a Hong Kong public offering of 3 million shares and 2an international offering of 27 million shares, at a maximum offer price of $78 per share, Daiwa released a research report saying.

Although BOSS ZHIPIN-W has ample net cash (approximately US$2 billion), the issuance of additional shares in the Hong Kong market may improve liquidity, thereby paving the way for inclusion in 'Stock Connect' to meet its requirement of having a trading volume of at least $6 billion over the past 183 days, the broker noted.
