DONGFENG GROUP (00489.HK)  +0.030 (+0.857%)    Short selling $8.32M; Ratio 12.261%   entered into a joint venture contract with NCIC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissan (7201.JP), under which the parties agreed to establish a joint venture company to jointly engage in the automotive export business.

The registered capital of the joint venture will be RMB1 billion, while DONGFENG GROUP and NCIC will contribute RMB400 million and RMB600 million respectively, holding 40% and 60% equity.
