TENCENT (00700.HK)  -3.500 (-0.683%)    Short selling $415.77M; Ratio 10.712%   has recently rolled out the official 8.0.60 update for WeChat's iOS version, Chinese media reported.

The new version features larger "Cancel" and "Convert to Text" buttons in the voice message interface, and the voice message button itself has changed from a circle to an elongated oval that will display Chinese prompts such as "Hold to Talk", "Cancel", or "Slide Here to Convert to Text".

This update also introduces support for emoji and photo uploads from albums in the Moments' comment section. The report quoted official customer service as saying that this feature is currently in limited internal testing, and users who don't have access will need to wait for a future grayscale rollout.
