Macau's 'The 13 Hotel' was recently sold for $400 million, according to Allin Media. The buyer is a Macau businessman engaged in the real estate business.

The hotel was first tendered in March 2024, with an estimated market value of about $2.4 billion. However, it was not sold in the end, and the latest round of auction started on 19 May. Based on the transaction price of $400 million, it is 83% lower than the original asking price.
