Chinese frozen food company ANJOY FOOD (02648.HK) has announced the details of its IPO. It proposes to offer 39.9947 million H-shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (around 3.9995 million shares) and international offering accounting for 90% (35.9952 million shares).With the maximum offer price set at HKD66 per share, the IPO aims to raise up to around HKD2.64 billion.
