The General Office of China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has issued the Notice on Organizing the 2025 New Energy Vehicle Consumption Season Across Counties and Towns.

The notice called on local governments to promote pilot reforms in automobile circulation and consumption according to their conditions, and to integrate the new energy vehicle (NEV) consumption season with pilot innovation initiatives.

The notice also proposed hosting special events to showcase and test drive intelligent connected NEVs, so that the commercialization of high-level intelligent driving vehicles can be steadily advanced on the premise of safety, controllability, and legal compliance.
