US President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social around 1 am US time on Tuesday (24th) that the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran has taken effect, urging all parties not to violate it.

In the final hours before the ceasefire took effect, Iran has launched a final round of missiles at Israel. Israel's national emergency service center Magen David Adom (MDA) said that the new round of attacks resulted in three deaths.
