According to a research report from UBS, Macau's GGR, as indicated by channel information, was robust from May 16 to 22, averaging MOP686 million a day, which the broker attributed to the concerts held over several consecutive nights. Driven by the concerts, the daily GGR averaged MOP673 million MTD, a mere 2% drop compared to May, smaller than the 9% seasonal decline from 2015 to 2019.

Currently, the overall GGR exceeds the market expectation of MOP620 million. With additional concerts to be held and the ramp up of Capella Hotel, it is likely that the momentum will persist into early July.
