Nvidia (NVDA.US)      CEO Jensen Huang is executing a "10b5-1" trading plan, which allows him to sell up to 6 million Nvidia shares by the end of the year.

According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, Huang has already offloaded 100,000 Nvidia shares between June 20 and 23, involving a transaction amount of US$14.4 million.

Another document indicated that Huang plans to further reduce his holdings by 50,000 Nvidia shares in the near future.

Separately, Director Mark Stevens has been cutting his Nvidia holdings, selling over 600,000 Nvidia shares for approximately US$88 million on June 18.
