KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK)  +0.020 (+0.133%)    Short selling $36.06M; Ratio 17.622%   will start charging an additional service fee equivalent to 15% of the subscription fee from July for cloud customers requiring high-end functions such as work order support services, a move expected to forge a 3-5% increase in the company's subscription ARR next year, according to a report from Daiwa.

KINGDEE INT'L has also launched an AI agent product recently, with a price yet to be determined, though Daiwa estimated that it might adopt a usage-based pricing model and the phased monetization would fuel growth in 2026 cloud service ARPU.

Daiwa upgraded the rating of KINGDEE INT'L from Outperform to Buy and raised its target price from HKD17.5 to HKD19.5.
