SoftBank (9984.JP) founder Masayoshi Son is in pursuit of a partnership with TSMC to build an industrial park in Arizona, the US, with an investment of USD1 trillion, primed at manufacturing robots and artificial intelligence, foreign media reported.

SoftBank has already discussed potential tax incentives for the industrial park with federal and state government officials in the US.
