The Beijing Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department and other authorities have issued the "Interim Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of Beijing's Gaming and Esports Industry", effective immediately for a period of three years.

The measures aim to improve review quality and efficiency, enhance copyright service mechanisms, strengthen support for premium content creation, incentivize technological innovation and application, guide industry clustering, support the hosting of tournaments and events, back the construction and operation of venues, encourage overseas expansion, bolster talent development, promote positive values, and ensure effective policy implementation.
