LINK REIT (00823.HK)  +0.500 (+1.218%)    Short selling $63.02M; Ratio 15.638%   is in negotiations to acquire a warehouse in Sydney from Australian real estate company Dexus, with the transaction valued at approximately USD100 million, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

Both parties are nailing details, and the deal could be concluded as early as this month. Discussions are ongoing and no final decision has been made, people familiar with the matter said.
