HK Express will expand to 39 waypoints, Jeanette Mao, CEO of HK Express, said. Of which, 16 are exclusive waypoints.

In response to the demand of Hong Kong people for travel to South Korea, Southeast Asia and mainland China, a total of nine new waypoints in the relevant regions will also be added successively, and there will be a new destination in Japan as well.

In response to rumors that there will be a big earthquake in Japan in July and August 2025, Mao said that the rumors will have a certain impact on the operation of HK Express.

The Company has adjusted its flights to Japan from July to August, including the consolidation of some of the flights. However, there is no plan to suspend flights to Japan, and it is believed that the impact will only be temporary.
