The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) held a special meeting last night (16th) on Israel's attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, according to Xinhua News Agency. Li Song, China's Permanent Representative to the IAEA, delivered a speech outlining China's position.

Li stated that Israel's military action against Iran resulted in damage to Iranian nuclear facilities and casualties, undermined the political and diplomatic process on the Iranian nuclear issue, weakened efforts to uphold the international nuclear non-proliferation regime, and had a profoundly negative impact on regional peace, security, and stability.
