Labubu dolls from POP MART (09992.HK)  +5.800 (+2.174%)    Short selling $244.63M; Ratio 5.479%   are selling like hotcakes worldwide. Seeing that demand had outpaced supply in many cities, some Chinese factories started producing counterfeit Labubu dolls.

Chinese media recently discovered that several factories making fake Labubu dolls in Dongguan had abruptly ceased operations, which has sparked market attention.
