The entire building at 53 Carnarvon Road, previously rented by CHOW SANG SANG (00116.HK)  +0.040 (+0.480%)    Short selling $66.72K; Ratio 8.514%   for over $3 million, has recently been rented out to a pharmacy for its ground floor, according to HK01. However, the pharmacy has now closed and moved out, and the shop is currently re-letting at $300,000.
