The favorable results were primarily attributable to the combined effect of (i) Reversal of impairment provision on the group's right-of-use assets of approximately HKD1.4 million (around HKD7.9 million last year) and (ii) impairment provision on the group's property, plant and equipment decreased to around HKD200,000 (around HKD1.2 million last year) due to the enhanced operating efficiency of the group which contributed to the improved asset performance.
