AIA (01299.HK)  +1.150 (+1.715%)    Short selling $255.18M; Ratio 18.063%   announced that Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director Edmund Tse will step down from his company roles, effective 30 September 2025.

The Company has appointed Mark Tucker as Tse's successor, subject to regulatory approval, effective from 1 October 2025.
