The People's Government of Guangzhou City recently entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with JD-SW (09618.HK)  -1.900 (-1.455%)    Short selling $212.15M; Ratio 9.953%   (JD.US)      .

JD-SW joined the Guangzhou 'CityPartner' program to assist in the digital transformation of the supply chain of Guangzhou's industrial enterprises, promoting intelligent procurement solutions, and strengthen cooperation with Guangzhou in the data industry field to jointly build an innovative demonstration platform for the 'integration of reality and digital world.'
