Prestigious investor David Webb has made changes to the "interests in controlled corporations", which is used for holding shares in listed companies. Based on HKEX data, two companies named "PREFERABLE SITUATION ASSETS LIMITED" and "MEMBER ONE LIMITED" have added Webb's spouse's name "WEBB, KAREN ANNE". Supplementary information showed that the shares of the controlled corporations are now jointly held. The changes involve 22 companies, including SUN HING VISION (00125.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) , RAYMOND IND (00229.HK) -0.030 (-3.571%) , BAUHAUS INT'L (00483.HK) -0.005 (-2.326%) , among others.Apart from adding the name, Webb also reported on May 28 that he increased his holdings of approximately 104,000 Bauhaus shares on the market at an average price of HKD0.168, raising his stake from 7.98% to 8.01%.
