Before the market opened today, the group announced its plans to place 138 million new shares (representing about 5.62% of the enlarged share capital) at a price of HKD3.78 per share, marking a discount of about 9.35% to yesterday's (26th) closing price of HKD4.17. The placement is expected to raise net proceeds of around HKD513 million.
