ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK)  +0.120 (+0.672%)    Short selling $43.36M; Ratio 21.485%   (601899.SH)  +0.100 (+0.559%)   announced plans to spin off its subsidiary, Zijin Gold International Company Limited, for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The number of shares to be issued will not exceed 15% of Zijin Gold International's total share capital after the issuance.
