In 1-4M25, China saw a rebound in both the volume and revenue growth of the telecom industry, according to what CCTV learned from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). In addition, mobile internet access traffic maintained a rapid growth, with the construction of new information infrastructure such as 5G and gigabit optical networks progressing steadily.

Data showed that telecom business revenue totaled RMB598.5 billion in 1-4M25, marking a YoY increase of 1%, while mobile internet traffic also enjoyed a YoY leap of 15.6%.
