Hong Kong stocks opened lower in the morning session. The HSI opened 95 points or 0.4% lower at 23,505. The HSCEI opened 33 points or 0.4% lower at 8,550. The HSTECH opened 16 points or 0.3% lower at 5,229.

For techs, China intended to regulate service charges by online trading platforms to operators. MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)  +2.700 (+2.087%)    Short selling $2.38B; Ratio 20.042%   slid 0.5% to $136.2 as it will release its results within the day (26th). XIAOMI-W (01810.HK)  +0.250 (+0.487%)    Short selling $481.15M; Ratio 7.488%   and KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK)  +0.250 (+0.515%)    Short selling $555.22M; Ratio 42.817%   , which will announce their results tomorrow (27th), dropped 0.8% and 0.5% to $52.6 and $48.5, respectively. BABA-W (09988.HK)  +1.100 (+0.941%)    Short selling $366.09M; Ratio 5.917%   ebbed 0.3% to $118.5, while TENCENT (00700.HK)  +2.000 (+0.392%)    Short selling $274.60M; Ratio 3.584%   lost 0.6% to $515. JD-SW (09618.HK)  -1.300 (-1.003%)    Short selling $636.23M; Ratio 26.490%   and NTES-S (09999.HK)  +2.900 (+1.532%)    Short selling $236.48M; Ratio 20.623%   shed 0.8% and 2.1%, while BILIBILI-W (09626.HK)  +0.100 (+0.067%)    Short selling $126.40M; Ratio 23.147%   picked up 1.1%.
