China's Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and National Data Administration jointly released the "Special Action Plan to Accelerate the Development of Digital Intelligent Supply Chains". It propounds leveraging new technologies such as AI, IoT and blockchain to implement a "one chain, one strategy" approach for digitalization, intelligent transformation, and visualization of supply chains. By 2030, the plan aims to establish a replicable and scalable model for digital intelligent supply chain development, creating a deeply integrated, smart, efficient, and self-reliant supply chain system in key industries and critical sectors. Moreover, it targets nurturing around 100 pioneering enterprises in digital intelligent supply chains in China to enhance the resilience and security of the nation's industrial and supply chain ecosystems.
