Chinese life and health insurance intermediary service provider, SHOUHUI GROUP (02621.HK), announced the details of its IPO. It proposed to offer 24.3584 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and international offering accounting for 90%.

The offer price ranges from $6.48 to $8.08 per share. The entry fee for a board lot of 400 shares would be $3,264.59. The IPO will commence today (22nd) and close at noon next Tuesday (27th). The stock is expected to be listed next Friday (30th). The joint sponsors are CICC and Huatai International.
