MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK)  -0.510 (-1.899%)    Short selling $140.29M; Ratio 47.455%   held its shareholders' meeting today (21st). During the meeting, a shareholder questioned about the handling of odd lots, to which CEO Jacob Kam responded that the scrip dividend scheme was completed two years ago, and it will be reactivated if necessary in the future. He added that securities brokers should have ways to handle odd lot issues.

Separately, another shareholder expressed concerns about the aging of the board of directors. Chairman Rex Auyeung humorously remarked that he is the one raising the average age. He continued that the board needs to appoint individuals with sufficient reputation and experience to ensure they bring corporate and social experience to the board.
